Fresher Recruiter (IT/NON IT)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic fresher recruiters to join our IT & NON IT Recruitment teams. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, etc

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

Coordinate interviews with client.

Maintain candidate records and hiring reports.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Qualifications

MBA (HR) is must
