Fresher Partnerships & Channels Executive

Company Description:

Calilio, a fast-growing technology company based in Singapore, is expanding into India. We are looking for passionate and ambitious fresh graduates to join our team and play a role in Calilios expansion in the Indian market. You will receive full training and guidance as you contribute to our business development and client engagement efforts.

Role Overview:

As a fresher in this role, you will assist in executing tasks related to business development, client management, and event representation. You will be mentored by the senior team and work closely with them to develop skills that contribute to the companys success in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing strategies and promotional activities based on the directions provided by senior team members.
• Represent Calilio at events, exhibitions, and meetings as a part of the team.

• Help maintain relationships with clients and partners, supporting senior team members.
• Collect and share basic insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Support in event planning, organizing, and logistical arrangements.
• Help track and report on the success of local initiatives.
• Provide assistance with any administrative and support tasks as needed.
• Learn and grow in the partnerships and business development field.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in business, marketing, or a related field).
• No prior work experience required, but any internship experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to business growth.
• Motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel for events or client visits across India.
