Fresher - Life Science / Medical / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and patients to provide information about products and services.
• Handle incoming queries and provide prompt customer support.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups; update data on computer systems and maintain required documentation.
• Assist the assigned Diabetologist as a Diabetes Educator in patient support activities.
• Provide basic diet counseling, diet plans, and exercise guidance to patients visiting the clinic.
• Guide patients on the proper usage of insulin pens as advised by the doctor.
• Call and assist patients in installing and using the designated health mobile application.
• Coordinate with patients for follow-ups and ensure they receive necessary guidance.
• Perform tele calling activities (non-target based) to support patient engagement and service delivery.

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc. or related field such as Life Sciences, Pharma, Nutrition, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nursing, Medical, etc.)
• Candidates with background in Medical, Healthcare, Hospital, Devices, Diagnostics, Pharma, Patient Care, Disease Management and allied functions are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to explain health and lifestyle guidance in simple language
• Customer service orientation with a patient-centric approach
