Hiring AI Engineer (Fresher)

Location: Mumbai (Kurla W) | Full-Time | On-site

Unico Connect is building N0 a next-gen AI-native platform that generates production-ready applications from natural language prompts. We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Engineer Fresher to join our team and contribute to developing AI pipelines, models, and workflows that power our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in AI and software development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What Youll Do

• Assist in designing, training, and testing AI/ML models used in code generation and application workflows.
• Support the team in implementing AI pipelines, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other AI team members to integrate models into the platform.
• Participate in testing and evaluating AI outputs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and performance.
• Research and experiment with new AI/ML techniques to improve platform intelligence.
• Help document AI models, data workflows, and system performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in Python and data structures.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning concepts (regression, classification, neural networks, transformers, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data handling, preprocessing, and visualization.
• Any prior exposure to AI ecosystems, such as AI courses, projects, internships, Kaggle competitions, or personal experiments.
• Curious, eager to learn, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to NLP, Generative AI, or large language models.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs or cloud deployment of AI models.
• Experience with Git, Jupyter Notebooks, or Kaggle competitions.
