Hiring for International Customer Service process || French || B2 Level

Responsibilities

• International client handling experience mandatory with French language
• Resolve client inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call / chat targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications-

• Exp - 1-5 Years in International BPO (Blended process)
• French B2 Level mandatory
• Shifts- US Shifts
• Location- Gurgaon Sec-30
• Graduate
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and offs

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and French both verbal and written

Preferred Skills

• Immediate joiner's preferred

Pay range and compensation package- Upto 8Lpa
