Key Responsibilities:

Ensure daily monitoring of SAP postings to maintain uptodate monthly tracking and calculate endofmonth accruals versus budget.
Track open purchase orders (e.g., company restaurants, recurring contracts).
Monitor electricity, water, and postal invoices to identify errors and escalate issues with cash impact.
Prepare budgets in collaboration with operational teams.
Perform monthly budget updates and adjustments based on provision levels.
Execute internal re-billings, including:
Site-related costs (Logistics & Housing)
Training (monthly clearing of Training cost centers)
Rebates requested by the Purchasing department
Manage monthly closing activities and provide variance analysis versus budget.
Participate in steering committee meetings with Crdit Agricole Immobilier and Logistics & Housing operational teams.
Build the lease-related budget together with CAI and operational teams, including assumptions on ILAT index changes, prioryear reconciliations and forecast adjustments for property and office taxes.
