French Analyst

Job Title: Junior Analyst- Sales Support

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales order processing, ensuring timely updates in ERP systems, and providing exceptional support to internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in French (B2 level), attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Book sales orders in SAP and update order information such as item number, quantity, price and delivery date.
• Modify orders in SAP if required as per customer requirement.
• Check articles in Backlog and update their status and delivery date.
• Working on multiple ERP tools like SAP, KMS
• Responsible to execute Adhoc tasks related to Sales Support function.
• Effective communication with customer and resolving doubts/queries as and when required
• Timely reporting to seniors on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Active participation in team meetings and other activities
• Responsible to maintain quality for the assigned work
• Resolve customer escalations

Qualifications:

• Graduation: Bachelors in any field
• Language: French, B2 Level
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in internal sales tasks

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of the following software: MS Office mainly Excel, Outlook, SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team with utmost co-operation
• Solution based customer approach
