Job Description
Our client, a global manufacturing & supply chain solutions company is looking to engage with a Recruitment Consultant with experience in Sales hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-tech roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
-Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver quality profiles.
-Source candidates using various channels including job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
-Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
-Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless hiring -experience.
-Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
-Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving hiring processes.
Location- Bangalore(onsite)

Duration- 6 months
Skills Required
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong exposure to non-tech hiring; experience in core sales hiring preferred.
- Ability to independently manage mid- to senior-level roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
- Experience handling high-volume or niche non-tech roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and market mapping.
