Freelance SCORM Developer (5–10 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance SCORM Developer with strong visual storyboarding skills (510 years) to support our learning and media projects on a project-to-project basis.

• Develop visual storyboards for video-based and digital learning modules
• Build and package SCORM-compliant e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring tools
• Review and audit motion graphics videos for design quality, visual flow, branding adherence, and content accuracy
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, animators, and developers to ensure visual and instructional consistency
• Provide clear, structured design feedback to enhance animation quality and overall visual output

• 510 years of experience in visual/graphic design and e-learning development
• Proven experience in visual storyboarding for videos or digital learning content
• Strong understanding of SCORM standards, LMS compatibility, and authoring tools
• Ability to review motion graphics from a design, usability, and learner experience perspective
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Comfortable working with remote teams, multiple stakeholders, and tight timelines

• Experience in e-learning, corporate training, or digital media projects
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and design systems
• Prior experience reviewing or mentoring motion graphics teams
