About the Role


We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to senior roles across industries. This role suits professionals who already have access to relevant candidate networks, understand hiring dynamics, and prefer performance-linked earnings.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer closure
  • Understand job requirements, industry hiring trends, and role-specific talent availability
  • Source candidates through: Personal networks & databases / Social media & referrals
  • Conduct initial screening & candidate assessment (skills, culture fit, compensation alignment)
  • Coordinate with company HR / hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
  • Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate onboarding
  • Maintain professional communication with both candidates and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience


  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or freelance)
  • Proven ability to deliver closures independently and speed
  • Strong sourcing & headhunting skills
  • Good understanding of compensation structures & notice periods
  • Excellent communication & follow-up skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and multiple requirements


Compensation Model


  • Success-based payout (30 % to 35% per successful closure)
