Job Description :

We are seeking freelance recruiters to assist with our hiring requirements under a commission - based payout model. This remote role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to find the best candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, and should have there own job portal on various platforms
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and client-candidate communications.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate job offers and close hiring processes.
