Were looking for a Freelance Product Designer who can take full ownership of designing the end-to-end MVP experience UX flows, UI, components, brand direction, and high-fidelity prototypes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in 01 product environments, can think strategically, and execute with exceptional speed and clarity.

What Youll Work On

1. Core Product Experience

• Define user journeys for recruiters, candidates, and internal workflows.
• Convert rough problem statements into clear UX flows and wireframes.
• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and interaction models for AI-driven hiring.

2. UI Design & Visual Systems

• Create a modern, minimal, global-quality UI library and design system.
• Build high-fidelity screens for web (and optionally mobile).
• Establish consistent visual identity across product surfaces.

3. Prototyping & Collaboration

• Produce interactive prototypes for engineering handoff and testing.
• Work closely with founders and early engineers to iterate quickly.
• Suggest UX simplifications and product experience improvements proactively.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have

• 26+ years of experience in Product / UI/UX design (preferably SaaS or AI products)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Ability to translate complex AI-driven workflows into clean, elegant UX
• Experience designing dashboards, multi-step workflows, and data-heavy interfaces
• High-speed execution with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in scrappy, iterative, fast-paced environments

Great-to-Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, HRTech, or AI/ML-based products
• Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Figma, AutoLayout, Component Libraries)
• Understanding of candidate/recruiter workflows or HR tools
• Ability to conceptualize motion design / micro-interactions
• Available for occasional in-person sessions (Hyderabad/Bengaluru)
