Role: Freelance / Full-Time Product Photographer

Location: Chennai

About the role:

A Product Photographer at One MG plays a key role in bringing brands to life through compelling visuals. The role involves planning and executing high-quality product shoots that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This position requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to translate brand concepts into visually striking imagery. The role is open to both freelance and full-time professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute product photography shoots for digital, print, and advertising requirements.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and marketing teams to understand creative briefs and visual direction.
• Style, light, and photograph products to create high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.
• Edit and retouch images to meet agency and client standards.
• Manage photography equipment and ensure smooth execution of shoots.
• Contribute visual ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in product photography, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product-focused work.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in photo editing and retouching software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience working with brands across categories is a plus.
