We are seeking high-caliber, Oracle Certified Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals to join our elite training panel. The ideal candidate is a practitioner firstsomeone who has navigated the complexities of large-scale digital transformations and can translate that "real-world" grit into actionable learning for our students.

• Curriculum Delivery: Lead comprehensive training sessions across the Oracle Fusion SCM suite (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, etc.).
• Hands-on Lab Mentorship: Guide students through real-time instance configuration and troubleshooting.
• Case Study Integration: Use your implementation experience to create "Day in the Life" scenarios and business-case walkthroughs.
• Certification Prep: Prepare students for Oracle Cloud SCM Certification exams by focusing on high-weightage topics and mock assessments.
• Content Updates: Ensure training materials reflect the latest quarterly Oracle Cloud updates (e.g., 25D, 26A).

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of total IT experience, with a heavy focus on Oracle SCM (E-Business Suite and Fusion).
• Implementation Track Record: Must have completed at least 3 full-lifecycle (End-to-End) implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Certification: Mandatory Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Professional Certification.
• Technical Breadth: Proficiency in end to end functional configuration of core SCM modules.
• Communication: Exceptional English verbal skills; ability to simplify complex architectural concepts for both beginners and lateral learners.

We are looking for trainers who can commit to one or more of the following slots (Indian Standard Time or your local equivalent):

• Morning: 6:00 AM 8:00 AM
• Evening: 6:00 PM 9:00 PM
• Weekends: Flexible / Open slots
• Full Time Positions also available based on your availability.
