Freelance ontwerper (couture/luxury)

Macoutura is an emerging luxury couture label focused on exclusive small-batch collections . We are looking for a Freelance Fashion Designer to strengthen the Macoutura team by supporting the development of our collections and contributing to the foundation and growth of the brand.

You will collaborate closely with the founder to develop a unique design DNA . The aim is to create a clear and recognizable signature style across the collectionsone that can be felt and seen in every garment.

This role requires a strong eye for draped silhouettes, proportion and couture-level detailing . Designs should feel fluid, feminine and confident , balancing elegance, sophistication and subtle sensuality.

The ideal designer is strong in sketching and visual expression , able to translate ideas into clear sketches, moodboards and design concepts. They are comfortable collaborating with different ateliers and manufacturers , and understand how to align creative vision with production realities.

Experience with 3D embroidery and advanced embroidery techniques is considered a strong plus, particularly within a couture or luxury context.

The collaboration will start on a project-based basis to assess working style, creative alignment and strengths. However, the intention is to build a long-term collaboration with the right designer.
