WE'RE LOOKING FOR A FREELANCE MERCHANDISER (BAGS & POUCHES)

The Bae Shop is building India's first deep category of organisers for the urban woman on the move. Think purpose-built makeup cases, jewellery folios, skincare pouches, vanity kits, each one designed down to the last compartment for the way she actually lives. Not generic pouches. WHAT WE NEED

• Identify and connect us with reliable manufacturers who specialise in bags & pouches
• Work on sampling and prototype development for new designs
• Help with material sourcing (vegan leather, lining, zippers, trims, etc.)
• Costing and price negotiations with manufacturers
• Support with MOQ structuring and margin viability
• Coordinate sample corrections and production timelines
• Assist in taking products from concept sampling final production

We have multiple new designs in the pipeline, so the role would focus on helping us source the right manufacturing partners and execute product launches efficiently.
