Job Description
Role Description:
This is a contract role for a Freelance Guest Faculty / Trainer PLC Control Systems.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering workshop training program on PLC Control Systems.
Duration: 1 Day
Mode: Offline (In-Person Training) Hyderabad
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of strong industry experience in PLC Control Systems, preferably in Electrical Utilities, Power Systems or Industrial Automation
Qualification:
- Strong expertise in PLC architecture, programming (Ladder, FBD, Structured Text), and panel integration
- Experience in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET
- Hands-on experience in electrical interlocks, protection logic, and utility-specific automation systems
- Knowledge of SCADA & HMI integration in utilities environments
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and power quality considerations in PLC systems
- Familiarity with safety standards such as IEC 61508/61511, ISO 13849, NFPA 79
- Ability to deliver practical, case-study-based sessions with real utility scenarios
- Experience in mentoring or delivering technical training programs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
