Freelance Graphic Designer

We are on the lookout for a talented graphic design professional to work on a diverse range of projects as needed - including packaging, social assets, brand collateral, infographics and more.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the founder to shape the way we show up to the market. You will ensure each design aligns with the brief, and meets high-quality standards. This role is part-time on a freelance basis - we would love to keep you on our roster and develop a long term partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Optimising existing packaging and adapting designs for new sizes, products or product ranges across - including bottles, labels, monocartons, gift boxes and more (experience in packaging design and ability to adapt, develop or adopt existing is a must)
• Digital assets: Producing designs for our website, e-commerce pages, CRM, ads and social media channels, with an emphasis on Instagram
• Ideation: Comfortable with both adapting existing designs, to taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new and creative ideas
• Delivery: Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications.
• Identity: Deep appreciation for brand identity and brand guidelines - ensuring consistency and alignment across all assets

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years in graphic design, ideally with experience in consumer brands & BPC

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong knowledge of editing tools, editing videos with animations, retouching, motion graphics and visual effects

Proven ability to deliver design projects within agreed deadlines

Passion for layout, typography, idea-generation

Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus

Experience in packaging design is critical

Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies

Takes initiative and comes up with solutions, ideas and recommendations
