Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of Board and Committee meeting materials , including agendas, notes, and minutes.
- Assist in managing Related Party Transaction (RPT) compliances .
- Coordinate and provide support for Dividend and IEPF-related activities .
- Prepare and file ROC forms and assist with routine stock exchange disclosures .
- Support the preparation of AGM and Postal Ballot documentation and assist in execution of AGM-related activities.
- Maintain and update secretarial records, statutory registers, and internal databases .
- Assist with other secretarial assignments as required by the team.
Skills and Experience
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 23 years PQE .
- Good understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance requirements .
- Strong documentation, coordination, and compliance management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills.
