Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of Board and Committee meeting materials , including agendas, notes, and minutes.
  • Assist in managing Related Party Transaction (RPT) compliances .
  • Coordinate and provide support for Dividend and IEPF-related activities .
  • Prepare and file ROC forms and assist with routine stock exchange disclosures .
  • Support the preparation of AGM and Postal Ballot documentation and assist in execution of AGM-related activities.
  • Maintain and update secretarial records, statutory registers, and internal databases .
  • Assist with other secretarial assignments as required by the team.


Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 23 years PQE .
  • Good understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance requirements .
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and compliance management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills.
