Freelance Consultant Program Manager

Our client, an E-learning platform for tech upskilling and career acceleration is looking for a Program Manager to drive operations for a fast-moving, high-visibility project in collaboration with leading global AI Labs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily project operations and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
• Track team performance and maintain productivity standards
• Manage vendor coordination and communication with internal teams
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth process execution
• Document workflows and implement clear, repeatable SOPs

Duration- 3 months (extension based on mutual alignment)

Capacity- Full time

Location- Electronic City, Bangalore (on-site)

Skills Required

• 2-3 Years of Experience in Program, Operations or Project management
• Preferably from Tech or Process-Driven Environments
• Strong process ownership skills to ensure smooth & timely delivery.
