Job Description
Our client, an integrated solar cell and solar module manufacturing company, are seeking a high-drive recruiter who can manage volume hiring and operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, finance, projects, and support roles.
- Drive high-volume sourcing via Naukri RMS (deep search), LinkedIn Recruiter/Hiring tools, and advanced Boolean searches.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and deliver closures within agreed SLAs.
- Own recruitment operations including requisition tracking, interview coordination, ATS data accuracy, and hiring workflow adherence.
- Provide weekly dashboards, MIS reports, pipeline analytics, and hiring insights.
- Collaborate with TA teams on offer rollouts, negotiations, pre-joining engagement, while ensuring process discipline and compliance.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including volume hiring across multiple functions.
- Expertise in digital sourcing using Naukri RMS (deep search), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and TA teams.
- Strong analytical and operational skills to create dashboards, track SLAs, manage ATS data, and provide data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement capabilities across the hiring lifecycle.
- High process discipline, operational rigor, and speed of execution, with consistent delivery within tight timelines.
