Freelance - CNC Maintenance and Troubleshooting Instructor

Were looking for an experienced CNC professional who can conduct offline training program. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on expertise in CNC systems, diagnostics, and maintenance, along with a passion for guiding others to become industry ready.

Who were looking for:

• Strong understanding of CNC controllers and architecture
• Expertise in CNC Maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in PLC integration and HMI interfaces
• Hands-on experience with CNC electrical systems
• Understanding of electrical circuits, power supply units, relays and fuses
• Experience in safety interlocks and wiring diagnostics
• Ability to plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
• Experience using diagnostic screens and parameter analysis
• Alarm and fault code interpretation expertise

Good communication, teamwork and mentoring skills

Willingness to train onsite

Diploma / B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
