Job Description

We're Hiring: Customer Service Executives (Voice Process)

Location: Prism Towers, Malad

Process: Voice (Customer Support)

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shift: Rotational Shifts


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to debit/credit card fraud
  • Assist customers with disputes, claims, and fraud-related concerns
  • Provide accurate information and ensure quick resolution
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance standards


Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate Freshers Eligible for Claims & FCC processes

HSC + Minimum 1 Year Experience in BPO / Customer Service
