Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Frappe Developer with hands-on expertise in Frappe Framework, ERPNext, API Integrations, and Custom App Development. The candidate will work on designing, developing, customizing, and deploying scalable applications for ARB ACCESSORIES PVT LTD.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ERPNext modules as per business requirements.

Build and maintain custom Frappe Apps, Doctypes, Workflows, Print Formats, and Scripts.

Create client scripts, server scripts, custom fields, and UI enhancements.

Integrate ERPNext/Frappe with external systems through REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON/XML.

Build custom API endpoints and backend logic.

Write Python code for business logic, validations, and automation tasks.

Work with background jobs, workers, schedulers, and queue management.

Manage database structure and assist in deployments on Cloud/VPS/Dedicated servers.

Prepare technical documentation and test newly developed features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of Frappe/ERPNext development experience.

Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jinja.

Expertise in API Integrations (REST, OAuth, Webhooks).

Experience in custom app development on Frappe.

Good understanding of Doctypes, Roles, Permissions, Workflows.

Basic understanding of Linux/Ubuntu systems.

Knowledge of Git and version control.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with React/Next.js integrations.

Knowledge of Docker, Redis, Nginx.

Experience with performance optimization in ERPNext.
