• Build and customizeFrappe / ERPNext appsfor:
• 
  
• Smartphone refurbishment workflows
• Multi-stage QC and testing pipelines
• Inventory, grading, and traceability systems
• Warranty, returns, and service flows
• Designcustom DocTypes, workflows, scripts, reports, and dashboards
• Integrate Frappe with:
• 
  
• Testing machines / automation systems
• External APIs (logistics, payments, CRM, D2C systems)
• Improveperformance, reliability, and data integrityat scale
• Work closely with operations, quality, and automation teams to convert real-world processes into software

Must-haves

• Strong hands-on experience withFrappe Framework
• SolidPythonfundamentals
• Good understanding ofMariaDB/MySQL
• Experience buildingcustom ERPNext modules
• Comfortable withserver-side scripting, hooks, and background jobs
• Practical mindsetable to model messy real-world operations into clean systems

Good to have

• ERPNext functional understanding (Stock, Manufacturing, Quality, Assets)
• JavaScript / REST API experience
• Experience withproduction deployments, backups, and migrations
• Prior work in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments

• Youll buildcore systems, not side features
