Franchisee - Senior Manager - Affluent Franchisee Relations - West

Roles:

1.       Work closely with the Franchisee and business partner and their affluent clients

2.       Understand Franchisee needs and offer comprehensive wealth management solutions, including investments, insurance, PMS/AIF and structured products for their clients

3.       Achieve AUM and revenue targets through cross-selling investment products through mapped Franchisee partners

4.       Ensure high standards of Franchisee servicing and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

5.       Keep updated on market trends, investment products, and global financial news

6.       Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients

7.       Participate in marketing and Franchisee engagement events

8.       Conduct Regular visit to Franchisee partner to strengthen their product knowledge and capability

Key Skills & Competencies:

1.       Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.

2.       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

3.       Ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.

4.       Sales-driven with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

·         Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. CFA/CFP is an added advantage.

·         Relevant certifications as per regulatory requirements (e.g., AMFI, IRDA, NISM, etc.).

·         3–7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles.

·         Track record of managing affluent/HNW client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Performance Metrics:

·         AUM (Assets Under Management) growth

·         Revenue generation (investment income, insurance income, etc.)

·         Client retention rate

·         New Franchisee Activation in Wealth Product

·         Compliance and risk adherence
