"Wehouse Home Construction is a one-stop tech-based construction and design services start-up, headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana State. The company aims to streamline construction by bringing together all stakeholders involved in home building. It offers a one-stop platform for all residential building construction needs, from legal permissions and architectural & structural design to construction execution, interiors, and monitoring services. Wehouse is based on 4T principles- Transparency, Time-saving, Tracking, and Technology adoption. Wehouse is recognised and registered with STARTUP INDIA."
Location : Hyderabad
Salary: 3.60 LPA up to 4.80 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
Education: Education : Bachelor's degree in Business or Industry Field (e.g., Civil Engineering/Architecture) with MBA or extensive sales/BD experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Franchisee Acquisition & Screening
Serve as the primary point of contact for all franchisee enquiries.
Conduct initial discussions, evaluate suitability, and guide prospects through the
franchisee selection process.
Share franchisee program details, investment requirements, and business expectations.
Onboarding & Documentation
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for approved franchisees.
Coordinate legal, operational, branding, and financial documentation.
Ensure timely execution of agreements and compliance with company policies.
Franchisee Setup Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Training, Finance, HR) to ensure
smooth franchisee setup.
Support franchisees in meeting brand guidelines for infrastructure, staffing, and launch
readiness.
Training & Support
Facilitate training sessions for franchisee partners on WeHouse processes, systems,
and standards.
Handle orientation on sales processes, construction workflows, digital tools, and SOPs.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong working relationships with franchisee partners.
Serve as a liaison between franchisees and WeHouse central teams.
Address partner queries promptly and ensure continuous engagement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; MBA a significant asset.
Experience:
o Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role with 2-3 years of experience.
o Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
May require occasional travel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
