Franchise Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for the position of Franchise Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing franchise sales, including researching markets, identifying potential franchisees, and generating leads. The role involves developing and implementing business plans, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with franchise agreements. The Franchise Sales Manager will also support franchisees in achieving their business goals by providing guidance and resources when needed.

• Proficiency in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with experience in managing franchise networks.
• Conducting effective Business Planning, including identifying growth opportunities and executing strategies for franchise expansion.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with franchise partners and foster healthy professional relationships.
• Experience in Lead Generation and prospect management to identify and convert potential opportunities into franchise owners.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in franchising, sales, or business development will be considered an asset.
