JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Role Purpose
We are looking for a hardcore Franchise Sales professional who has personally closed franchise investment deals (FOFO / FOCO) and has hands-on experience in investor pitching, ROI discussions, negotiation, and franchise agreement closures .
This is NOT a retail operations, distributor sales, or channel sales role. Candidates without direct franchise closure experience will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end franchise sales cycle:
- Lead qualification Investor meetings ROI pitch Negotiation Closure Agreement signing.
- Sell high-ticket franchise investments.
- Conduct franchise business presentations explaining:
oInvestment structure
oPayback period
oROI & profitability
oFOFO / FOCO models
4.Personally close franchise agreements (LOI & FA).
5.Handle investor objections, pricing negotiations, and commercial finalisation.
6.Work closely with legal, projects, and operations teams for franchise onboarding.
7.Maintain a strong CRM-driven pipeline and meet monthly closure targets.
8.Travel across assigned territories to meet serious franchise investors.
Mandatory Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
34 years in Franchise Sales / Franchise Development
Proven record of franchise investment closures
Experience working with franchise brands / franchisors
Direct interaction with HNI / investor / entrepreneur profiles
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates MUST have experience from any ONE or more of the following:
Education Franchise
(EuroKids, Kidzee, Bachpan, Podar, FIITJEE, etc.)
QSR / Food Franchise
(Tea Time, Chai Kings, Wow Momo, CCD, Subway, Burger brands, etc.)
Retail Franchise Chains
(Lenskart, FirstCry, Tumbledry, Reliance Smart, etc.)
Salon / Wellness / Fitness Franchise
(Lakm, Naturals, VLCC, Cult, Gym chains, Clinics, etc.)

Reporting To
- You will report to the Sales Head of respective Vertical of EBG Group
Working Days
- Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week) Timings 10am to 7pm
Joining Time
- Within 30 days from the date of Offer given
Reporting Office
- You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Madhapur/Hitec City Area, Hyderabad
Salary Package
Your Approximate Salary package will be Around 3,00,000 PA to 3,50,000 PA + Deal Closure Incentives
