About Us:

7th Heaven is a fast-growing bakery caf brand with 400+ outlets across India, and expanding rapidly across the India, UK and beyond . We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Franchise Property Executive and Admin Officer. This role will be instrumental in securing commercial properties for our expanding franchise network in the United Kingdom, while also providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify commercial properties in Mumbai that meet the requirements for franchise locations.
• Browse online property platforms and networks to discover new property opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents and property owners, negotiating favorable terms for property agreements.
• Finalize property deals, ensuring all conditions and company needs are met.
• Provide administrative support, including the online ordering of materials and assisting with other miscellaneous tasks related to franchise operations.

What Were Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close property deals.
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in an administrative or real estate-related role is an advantage.
