Salary Range 50 to 70 CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new franchise partners as per business plans.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets ranging from 2 Cr to 4 Cr.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.
• Support franchise partners in sales, marketing, and operational activities.
• Monitor franchise performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, branding, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of franchise projects.
• Identify market opportunities and expand franchise presence in assigned areas.

Experience: 4 years (fitness, gym sales, or service industry preferred)

Skills: Sales-driven, good communication, leadership, customer handling skills
