Franchise Manager

We are looking for a Franchise Manager to drive expansion and manage relationships with our business partners across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead franchise expansion and onboarding of new partners
• Act as the main point of contact between HO and franchise centers
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and launch timelines
• Support franchise partners in operations, marketing, and admissions
• Track performance and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or education/retail expansion
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel pan-India
