Role Description

The Franchise Manager will be responsible fordriving Pan-India franchise growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards across all Kosmoderma Clinics. The role involves managing franchise relationships, supporting clinic performance, coordinating with internal teams, and implementing business, marketing, and operational strategies to ensure consistent brand success nationwide. The role also involves guiding new franchisees during the onboarding process and ensuring customer satisfaction across all franchise locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners across India in line with Kosmodermas expansion strategy
  • Conduct franchise feasibility studies, market analysis, and location assessments
  • Coordinate franchise agreements, onboarding processes, and launch support
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of existing franchise clinics to ensure compliance with Kosmodermas SOPs, brand guidelines, and quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, resolving operational, commercial, and service-related issues
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics including revenue, patient footfall, service quality, and compliance
  • Coordinate training programs for franchise clinic staff in collaboration with clinical, sales, and operations teams
  • Support franchise owners in building strong clinic teams and leadership capabilities
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and healthcare compliance standards
  • Conduct periodic audits, reviews, and franchise performance evaluations


Qualifications

  • Experience in franchise management, business development, and operations oversight
  • Skills in customer relationship management (CRM), client support, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of marketing, sales strategy implementation, and market analysis
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with the skin, hair, and cosmetic healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
