Franchise Director

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Franchise Head to lead and expand our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening franchise relationships across all units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our franchise network in existing and new markets.
• Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards, operational processes, and legal requirements.
• Provide support, training, and guidance to franchise partners to maximize performance.
• Monitor and analyze franchise operations, sales, and profitability, driving continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as the key liaison.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues.
• Safeguard brand reputation by ensuring a consistent customer experience across all franchise outlets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (812+ years) in franchise management, business development, or multi-unit operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales, operations, and P&L management.
• Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
