Qualifications
Minimum Graduate: MBA/PGDBM (Finance/Marketing specialization preferred)
Candidates with prior B2B Channel management experience preferred
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in BFSI, Broking, or Wealth Management domain
Role & Responsibilities
Acquire new Equity Partners (Authorized Persons) and Wealth Partners
Manage complete Partner Onboarding and Client Acquisition through Franchisees
Drive Partner Activation, Retention, and engagement.
Personal Attributes
Strong understanding of Equity & Wealth Markets, Derivatives, and Financial Planning
Self-starter, proactive and performance-driven
Excellent communication, convincing, and Networking skills
Competent in marketing, business development, and channel management
