Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Franchise Development Manager.
The role involves:
- Lead Generation & Sales- Identifying and engaging potential franchisees through marketing and networking
- Negotiation & Closing- Leading negotiations on franchise agreements to expand the brand's network.
- Onboarding & Support- Assisting new franchisees with site selection, training and operational setup.
- Strategic Planning- Driving regional or national expansion strategies in line with the company goals
- Experience in Play School Franchising is a must.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic market expansion
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and managing client acquisition processes
- Capability to deliver Training and provide ongoing support to franchisees
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
