Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Business Manager located in Noida. The Franchise Business Manager will be responsible for managing franchise sales, developing business plans, overseeing franchise operations, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with franchise partners, developing growth strategies, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned franchises.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Business Management
- Experience with P&L Management
- Ability to analyze and optimize business operations for sustained growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and managing relationships
- Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is advantageous
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
