Job Title: Franchise Business Coach

Salary: Upto 8 Lpa

Key Responsibilities:

• Work to support our franchisees needs for clubs in India
• Provide initial training, and on boarding
• Work with clubs through build-out, presale, and opening phases
• Provide ongoing training on sales, marketing, and all other aspects of club operation
• Effectively communicate with departments on club related issues
• Club Visit Procedures
• Travel and Present Training Programs (Vitals & Conference)
• Coach Franchisees to grow, and develop brand Culture inside their clubs
• Coach Best Practices and share Experience to Franchisees

• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must!
• Effective communicate skills, verbally and in writing
• Good at Relationship building
• Ability to self-manage while working remotely
• Strong Influencing abilities
• Strong Business Acumen
• Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
• Excellent computer skills (Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Understanding aspects of business finance.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience of fitness, hospitality, business-related and/or franchising is preferred.
