Thyne.ai is India's first AI-enabled personalized jewellery platform. Not another catalogue. Not another marketplace. Customers co-design their own jewellery using AI - and we manufacture it through a fourth-generation jewellery house.

We launched our D2C in February 2026. We're pre-scale, post-concept, and looking for one sharp marketing mind to own our growth.

The Role

Fractional CMO - you set the strategy, you own the numbers, you build the team over time.

• Go-to-market strategy from scratch
• Performance marketing across Meta & Google
• Brand positioning and content direction
• Analytics, attribution, and growth frameworks
• Direct line to the founding team - no middlemen

Who We Want

Tier 1 college graduate (IIM / IIT / ISB / XLRI or equivalent)

• 3-7 years in D2C / ecommerce marketing
• Has personally scaled a brand from 01
• Thinks in systems, not just campaigns
• Wants to earn on results, not just show up for a salary

Compensation - Two Phases, Total Transparency

We've structured this intentionally. We believe the best marketing leaders want to be paid for what they build - not just for their time.

Phase 1 - Fractional (First 6 Months)

• 15,000/month token retainer
• 46% net profit share (paid monthly on results)
• Clear KPIs agreed upfront - no ambiguity
• Minimum 1015 hrs/week commitment

Phase 2 - Full-Time (Month 7 onwards, if KPIs met)

• Competitive market salary (revised at conversion)
• 1-1.5% equity with 3-year vesting + 1-year cliff
• Full-time CMO title and expanded ownership

The path is simple: prove it in 6 months, own a piece of it for the next decade.

This isn't for everyone. It's for someone who's done the corporate thing, knows what good looks like, and is ready to bet on themselves.
