FP&A-Manager/Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to support business leadership with financial insights, planning, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on FP&A experience, and solid exposure to Workday Financials .

Work Location:- Bangalore

Experience Range:- 3-5years (Senior Financial Analyst) | 7+years (Manager Role)

Key Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and dashboards

Analyze revenue, cost, margin, and operating performance

Partner with business stakeholders to support financial decision-making

Perform actuals vs budget vs forecast analysis and explain key drivers

Maintain and enhance financial models and scenario analysis

Work with large datasets to ensure accuracy and data integrity

Support ad-hoc analysis and leadership reporting as required

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

• FP&A experience is mandatory (planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis)
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials (mandatory)
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, financial models)
• Experience preparing management-level reports and presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools
• Professional services, IT services, or consulting industry experience
• MBA / CA / CMA or equivalent finance qualification

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• Masters degree (MBA/Finance) preferred
