Role:

Work on large data sets of customer information to come up with actionable insights

Manage and track progress of various structural initiatives by creating analytical reports and tracking

dashboards

Create analytical insights to assist leadership in taking critical product and business decisions

Liaison with various stakeholders to formulate understanding of respective function and take

ownership of delivery for the associated initiative

Skills:

Working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)

Good to have knowledge of advanced analytical tools - R, Python & Tableau

Critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to clearly articulate data and ideas in verbal, written

and presentation formats.

Qualifications:

B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
