Job Description:

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting

Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) and provide insights

Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis

Partner with business teams to support cost control and performance tracking

Support management and investor presentations

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

45 years of hands-on FP&A experience

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis

Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP/BI tools preferred

CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
