The Citi Ventures Finance team performs as a financial strategic advisor providing Financial Planning, Portfolio Management and Executive Decision Support to Citi Ventures leadership team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist with the Quarterly Performance Review / Quarterly Impairment Review for Citi Ventures and Citi Impact Fund: develop presentation materials highlighting key investment information/metrics to support leadership decision making

·Provide regular highlights of portfolios, partnering with Investing teams and key stakeholders to track investment performance, and memorialize key updates

·Assist in the evaluation of potential new investments, with a focus on financial and strategic fit.

·       Help in managing Citi Ventures’ financial forecasting and strategic planning; prepare monthly/quarterly review package with trends and variance analysis; monitor project expenses and operating costs

·Provide ad hoc data and analytics to support Citi Ventures/Citi Impact Fund leadership decision making, including strategic initiatives (e.g.: reorganization, divestitures, etc.)
•Manage relationships with third party vendors in support of Citi Ventures/Citi Impact Fund

·Acts as Subject Matter Expert on finance and innovation topics, to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:

·>5 years of relevant finance experience

·Passionate about innovation topics

·Effective verbal and written communication skills

·Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist with decision making

·Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications

·Demonstrated presentation skills

Education:

·Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

·Master’s degree preferred
