Job Description
Hiring High-Performance Sales Closers B2B SaaS (India)
Think early-stage OYO, Justdial, IndiaMART, Zomato, CarDekho when they were onboarding offline businesses one by one.
Weve built a live B2B SaaS product that helps traditional offline businesses operate more professionally and retain customers better.
The product works.
Now we need someone who can sell it in the real world.
Who were looking for:
- You have closed paid subscriptions before (SaaS / fintech / B2B services)
- Youre comfortable selling to small & mid-sized business owners
- You can walk into a business and start a conversation confidently
- Youre commission-driven and target-focused
- Youve handled objections and still closed
If youve never closed real paying customers, this role isnt for you.
What youll do:
- Prospect and approach business owners directly
- Demo the product live
- Close monthly subscription plans
- Own your territory
- Help refine the pitch from real field feedback
Compensation:
- Base - 15000 per month only
- Aggressive recurring commissions
- Performance-based upside
- Early-stage growth opportunity
