At Odriyo, we are building a powerful technology platform for hotels and restaurants to manage operations, orders, and customer experience more efficiently.

Were looking for a Founding Sales Champion who has deep hospitality exposure and is excited to build ground sales from scratch, city by city.

This is not a desk role.

This is a field-first, relationship-driven sales role.


Role Overview

As a Founding Sales Champion, you will:

  • Own on-ground sales execution in your city
  • Personally visit hotels and restaurants
  • Onboard clients and build long-term relationships
  • Play a key role in shaping Odriyos sales strategy and growth

Noida, Lucknow, Delhi NCR, Pune, Mumbai, Varanasi


What Youll Do

  • Visit hotels and restaurants daily for field/ground sales
  • Pitch and demonstrate Odriyo to owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Drive client onboarding and ensure smooth activation
  • Build a strong local network within the hospitality ecosystem
  • Close deals and grow recurring revenue
  • Act as the voice of customers and share market insights with founders
  • Lay the foundation for future sales hires and processes

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in on-ground / field sales
  • (visiting hotels, restaurants, cafs, or hospitality businesses)
  • Strong understanding of hotel & restaurant operations
  • Comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face selling
  • Confident communicator with negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, accountable, and execution-focused
