Role Overview

Were hiring a Founding Product Manager to own the 0 1 journey of the Osto platform. Youll work directly with founders, engineering, and design to define the roadmap, shape the intelligence layer, ship fast iterations, and drive product-market fit.

What youll do

• Own product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap end-to-end.
• Translate founder vision + customer pain into clear specs and shipped features.
• Work hands-on with engineering & design to launch and iterate fast.
• Talk to customers weekly and bring insights back into product decisions.
• Build the early product processes: discovery, feedback loops, analytics.
• Lay the foundation for a scalable product org.
• Manage team of product designers and product analysts.
