Role Overview

Were hiring a Founding Product Designer to turn complex security workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces. Youll work directly with founders, drive end-to-end design, and lay the UX foundation for a fast-moving cybersecurity product.

What Youll Do

• Own design end-to-end: research wireframes UI interactions.
• Build simple, high-clarity experiences for technical users (DevOps, CTOs, founders).
• Translate complex security flows into elegant dashboards and workflows.
• Partner with product & engineering to ship fast and iterate.
• Create Ostos design system, visual identity, and UX patterns.
• Bring user insights into product decisions with lightweight research.

What Were Looking For

• 3-4 years in Product Design (SaaS / DevTools preferred).
• Strong portfolio showing UX clarity and visual polish.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clean, modern UI.
• Comfortable in high-ownership, rapid-iteration environments.
• Experience designing dashboards or system-level UI is a plus.
