About Fenrir Security

• We are looking for a Founding Product Designer who will play a key role in defining the design foundation of our product and company.

Role Overview

• As our Founding Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of our product and help establish a world-class user experience.
• You will work directly with founders and engineers to transform early concepts and workflows into polished, production-ready designs. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the visual and experiential direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for our web and desktop platform
• Translate wireframes and product requirements into high-quality UI designs
• Design intuitive workflows for complex product functionality
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library
• Define and evolve the visual language of the product
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineering teams
• Contribute to website and overall product visual presence

Required Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and real-world design work
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in early-stage startups
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
• Experience designing AI, developer, or technical products
