Founding Principal / Head of school

We are seeking an accomplished Founding Principal / Head of School to lead a first-finnish school from inception. This is a strategic leadership role suited for a senior education leader with deep experience in the IB/CIE ecosystem and a proven record of building and scaling high-quality schools.

Location: Kollur (willingness to commute is mandatory)

The Role:

As the academic and operational leader, the Principal will work closely with the Board/Management to establish the schools vision, culture, and long-term growth strategy.

Key Expectations:

End-to-end leadership of a new / start-up school

Drive authorization, academic excellence, and global best practices

Build academic frameworks, governance structures, and operational systems

Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership and faculty teams

Represent the school with parents, regulators, and external stakeholders

Ensure strong enrolment growth, quality assurance, and brand positioning

Candidate Profile:

Extensive experience as a Principal / Head of School / Senior Academic Leader in IB/CIE schools

Demonstrated success in school setup, expansion, or turnaround

Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Passion for holistic, future-ready education

Long-term commitment and willingness to commute to Kollur
