About Avvio

Avvio is an early-stage fintech startup building infrastructure for cross-border digital finance and modern user-owned financial tools. Were currently in private testing and preparing for a broader public launch.

Were a small, fast-moving team looking for our first marketing hire to help shape how the product reaches its first users.

The Role

Were hiring a Founding Marketing & Community Lead to take Avvios growth from zero to one. You will own early-stage marketing, community building, and user acquisition.

Your goal is to:

Build awareness attract early users grow an engaged community support product adoption.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimentation, shipping fast, and working closely with founders.

What Youll Do

• Build and run content and growth across platforms like X (Twitter), Telegram, and other relevant communities
• Translate product ideas into clear, engaging stories that resonate with early adopters
• Support the launch and growth of our waitlist and beta community
• Collaborate with partners, creators, and communities to reach the right users
• Track what works, improve weekly, and report results

Community & Product Feedback

You will help launch and manage an early adopter community, run AMAs and updates, and bring user insights back to the product team.

Who You Are

• Experience growing products or communities at an early-stage startup
• Comfortable writing about fintech, crypto, or emerging financial technology
• Data-driven but creative
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with waitlists or early product launches
• Experience working with crypto or Web3 products
• Partnerships with creators, newsletters, or online communities
